| The Moxa Customer Service team is dedicated to helping you with everything related to Moxa products, including technical specifications, hardware and software installation, and system diagnosis. Most of MOXA's products come with a solid 5-year warranty that includes maintenance. This means that for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery, MOXA will replace defective products, provided the products were installed and used properly (see our full warranty statement for details). The combination of MOXA's strict quality control procedures and 5-year product warranty gives customers absolute assurance that we produce high quality products, and that we stand behind our products. |
